AI + Human verified
AI sees everything.
Humans verify what matters.
Most security systems drown you in false alarms until you stop looking at them. We combine AI-powered detection with real human review, so every alert you receive is real, verified, and worth acting on.

Our core differentiator
The only alert system that thinks like a machine and judges like a human.
Traditional surveillance either alerts you to everything, which is overwhelming, or to nothing, which is useless. The verification loop gives you the precision of machine detection with the judgement of an experienced security professional.
The process
Four steps that separate a real threat from background noise.
Every single time, in under a minute.
- 01
AI monitors continuously
Cameras and sensors run around the clock, with trained models analyzing every frame in real time. Motion, behavioural patterns, and anomalies are classified instantly — at a scale and consistency no human operator could sustain.
- 02
AI flags a potential threat
When something unusual appears — an intruder, an unauthorized entry, a behavioural trigger — it does not blast you with an alert. The event is isolated and queued for human review before anything else happens.
- 03
A human analyst reviews it
A live monitoring agent pulls up the flagged footage within seconds. They verify context, assess risk, and decide whether it is a genuine threat or something benign — a delivery driver, a shadow, a stray animal.
- 04
You get a verified alert
Only after human confirmation do we notify you and, where appropriate, coordinate with law enforcement or dispatch a response team. Every notification you receive has already been watched by a person.
The difference
Not all security is created equal.
Traditional alarms trigger automatically and nobody checks whether it is real. That is why police departments nationwide deprioritize alarm calls.
By the numbers
The numbers don't lie.
Industry data reveals a broken system. Our approach was built to fix it.
< 60s
Average human review time
From AI flag to analyst decision — faster than many systems detect an event at all.
98%
Industry false alarm rate
Up to 98% of traditional alarm triggers are false, according to law enforcement data.
< 5%
Our false alarm rate
Human-in-the-loop verification cuts false alarms by over 95% against the industry average.
False alarms are not just annoying, they are expensive and dangerous. When law enforcement receives hundreds of unverified calls, they begin to deprioritize them — which means when something real happens, the response is slower. Human verification ensures every call we make carries weight, because it is backed by footage someone actually watched.
Why it matters
What our customers experience.
Zero alert fatigue
When you stop receiving hundreds of useless alerts, you start taking the real ones seriously. Customers respond faster because every alert has already been verified.
Law enforcement takes your calls
Police departments deprioritize businesses known for frequent false alarms. Because our calls are backed by reviewed footage, they carry weight.
Focus on running your business
Detection, verification, and response coordination are handled. Security stops being something you manage day to day.
Questions
The things people ask before signing.
What counts as an event worth escalating?
You do. Rules are tuned per site during commissioning — which zones matter, at what hours, and what behaviour is normal for your operation. A loading dock at 2pm and the same dock at 2am are different questions, and the system treats them that way.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Recording continues locally, so no footage is lost. Monitoring and remote alerting resume automatically when the connection returns, and we are alerted to the outage itself — often before you notice it.
Can you monitor cameras we already own?
Usually. We assess your existing equipment first; if the cameras support the necessary streams and analytics, we integrate them rather than replace them. Where a camera genuinely cannot do the job, we will tell you which ones and why.
Do your analysts see everything our cameras record?
No. Analysts only review clips the system has flagged, which is a very small fraction of footage. Access is role-based and every review is logged, so there is an audit trail of who viewed what and when.
How fast is a real response?
Verification typically completes in under a minute. From there, remote support is minutes away and on-site response targets two hours across the Bay Area, with nationwide dispatch for multi-site clients.
