Custom building control dashboard on a wall-mounted tablet

Software

Software that fits the building it runs.

Every off-the-shelf building platform assumes your operation looks like everyone else's. Ours does not exist until we have walked your site. We build the control and reporting interface your team actually needs — the four things they touch daily on the front screen, and everything else out of the way.

01

Designed around your workflow

We start by watching how your team opens and closes, what breaks, and what gets asked over the radio ten times a day. Those become the buttons. A hotel needs different things from a dispensary, and a dispensary needs different things from a distribution center — the interface should reflect that instead of burying it under menus.

  • Role-based views for managers, staff, and technicians
  • The daily actions on one screen, no navigation
  • Language and labels that match what your team already says
  • Works on the wall tablet, the desktop, and a phone

02

One pane over every system

Cameras, doors, lighting, climate, audio, and network health in one place. When something is wrong, you see which system and which zone without opening six vendor portals and correlating timestamps by hand.

  • Live status across every integrated subsystem
  • Cross-system events on a single timeline
  • Camera view tied to the door that just opened
  • Alerting that routes by role, time of day, and severity

03

Built on a real stack

TypeScript, Postgres, and containerized services — the same tooling we would use for any production system, because that is what this is. It runs on hardware you control, keeps working when the internet does not, and the data is in a database you can query. The platform itself is our software, built for your building and maintained by us: you get the running system, your data, and a documented API rather than a codebase to look after. If owning the code outright matters to you, that is a separate conversation and we are open to it.

  • Typed end to end, tested, and version controlled
  • Runs on-premise, in your cloud, or hosted by us
  • Local-first so the building keeps running offline
  • Documented API for whatever you want to build next
  • Maintained and extended by the team that wrote it

04

Reporting you will actually open

Occupancy against staffing. Energy against operating hours. Door events against shift changes. Incident counts by entrance and time of day. The reports that change a decision, not the ones that pad a deck.

  • Dashboards scoped per location and per role
  • Scheduled exports to email or object storage
  • Historical trends with year-over-year comparison

What you get

Everything handed over, in writing.

A job is not finished when it works. It is finished when someone who has never met us could maintain it from the documentation.

  • Discovery sessions and documented workflow map
  • Interface design review before a line is written
  • Custom application, deployed and monitored
  • Integration with every subsystem we install
  • Full ownership of your data, exportable on demand
  • Ongoing development as your operation changes

Keep going

Start here

Walk the building with us.

Bring drawings if you have them, or just the address. We will tell you what the building needs, what it does not, and what it costs — before anyone signs anything.
