5. Video surveillance data
Where we provide monitoring services, recorded footage belongs to the client who owns the system. Our monitoring personnel access only footage flagged for review, access is role-based, and reviews are logged. Retention periods are configured per client to match their regulatory requirements. We do not use client footage to train models or for any purpose beyond delivering the monitoring service.

- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request corrections to inaccurate or outdated information.
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal requirements.
