Do you charge for the site walk?
No. The walkthrough and the resulting proposal are free, with no commitment. We would rather spend an hour finding out we are not the right fit than sell you something that does not suit the building.
We're still in design and the building doesn't exist yet. Too early?
That is the ideal time. The cheapest hour to spend on technology infrastructure is with drawings on a table, before pathways are set and walls are closed. Send us what you have.
Can you work with our existing equipment?
Usually. We assess what you already own before recommending anything new, and in many cases it can be integrated rather than replaced. Where something genuinely cannot do the job, we will tell you which parts and why.
Do you work outside the Bay Area?
Yes. We are headquartered in San Francisco and deploy nationwide, which is common for multi-site clients standardizing across locations. On-site response targets differ outside the Bay Area, and we will be explicit about that up front.
What does a project cost?
It depends on size and scope, so we do not publish a rate card that would be wrong for everyone. After a walkthrough you get a transparent, itemized proposal with no bundled line items hiding margin.
