We work from drawings alongside your GC and electrician: where the rooms go, how big they need to be, what power and cooling they need, and every pathway between them. Rooms sized for the decade

An MDF that fits today's equipment exactly is a room you will outgrow during your first refresh. We size for the equipment you will have in ten years: rack count and depth, service clearance front and back, door swing, and floor loading — then specify the power and cooling that load actually demands.

Pathways before penetrations

A sound conduit plan is what separates a clean building from one with cable draped through the ceiling for twenty years. We document every route, sleeve, and stub-up while walls are still open, size pathways with real fill capacity to spare, and get penetrations and fire-stopping coordinated so nothing gets cored twice.

In the room with the other trades

Most technology problems in new construction are coordination problems. We attend the meetings, mark up the drawings, and resolve conflicts with electrical, mechanical, and framing while resolution is still free. Low-voltage rough-in gets scheduled against the real construction sequence, not squeezed in at the end.
