Careers
Come build things that have to work.
We install systems that people depend on every day — and then we are the ones who get called when something goes wrong. That shapes how we hire: for people who care whether the work is actually right.

Why here
What you get out of it.
Real equipment, real projects
You will work on enterprise systems in commercial buildings from the slab up, not swap consumer cameras in retail units.
Training that is funded
Certifications, manufacturer training, and tooling are paid for. Getting better at this is part of the job, not a hobby.
Small team, direct line
No layers between you and the people making decisions. If something is broken about how we work, you can say so and it can change.
Health, PTO, and a truck
Medical coverage, paid time off, company vehicle for field roles, and the tools you need to do the work properly.
Nothing here fits, but you think you belong here?
Tell us what you do and what you want to work on. We would rather hear from a good person early than wait for the right posting.
