Broadcast studio with LED backdrop wall, treated acoustics, and studio lighting

Production

Built to go live.

Companies increasingly need to produce their own video, and a conference room with a webcam is not that. We build real production spaces: treated acoustics, controllable lighting, clean power, and signal paths designed for live work — plus LED walls that hold up on camera instead of strobing.

01

LED that survives a camera

Most LED walls look terrible on camera — scan lines, moiré, color shift. Virtual production requires high refresh rates and camera-synchronized processing so the wall reads clean in frame. It is a different specification from a lobby wall, and specifying the wrong one is an expensive mistake.

  • High-refresh LED rated for on-camera use
  • Camera-synchronized processing to eliminate scan lines
  • Color-calibrated to your camera package
  • Virtual production and set-extension capable

02

Acoustics and lighting

Audio quality is what separates professional from amateur far more than picture quality does. Treatment designed for the room's actual dimensions and reflection points, and lighting that is controllable, flicker-free, and consistent shot to shot.

  • Acoustic treatment designed to the room's geometry
  • Isolation from HVAC and structural noise
  • Flicker-free, dimmable, color-accurate lighting
  • Lighting scenes recallable per show format

03

Signal paths for live work

Live means no second take, so the infrastructure has to be boring and redundant. SDI and NDI over the network, redundant encoding, and bonded connectivity so a single upstream failure does not end the broadcast.

  • SDI and NDI over dedicated network infrastructure
  • Redundant encoding and streaming paths
  • Bonded or dual-carrier upstream bandwidth
  • Multi-platform simulcast with local recording
  • Intercom and talkback systems

04

Operable by non-specialists

A studio that needs an engineer on site never gets used. We build show presets so a marketing coordinator can start a stream, and hand over documented workflows for the formats you actually produce.

  • One-touch show presets per format
  • Documented run-of-show workflows
  • Operator training and dry runs
  • Remote support during live production

What you get

Everything handed over, in writing.

A job is not finished when it works. It is finished when someone who has never met us could maintain it from the documentation.

  • Room design with acoustic and lighting plans
  • LED and camera package specification
  • Signal flow and redundancy diagrams
  • Show presets configured per format
  • Operator training and documented workflows
  • Live production support availability

Bring drawings if you have them, or just the address. We will tell you what the building needs, what it does not, and what it costs — before anyone signs anything.
